Hello Regulator Folk,

I'm wondering if we have a LDO device that can accept 80~100VIN and 100~200mAload. VOUT is not specified yet but my customer under communication equipment market is wondering if TI has a line-up for ~100VIN ~0.2A LDO. Thank you for your advice.

    Hi Ella,

    The TPS7A4001-EP and TPS7A4001 has a maximum VIN of 100V and IOUT of 50mA

    The TL783 has a maximum VIN of 125Vand IOUT of 700mA

    The TPS7A43 has a maximum VIN of 85V and IOUT of 50mA

    It looks like the TL783 is your best bet for the application presented here.
