REF5050: Tried to build with Figure 9-3 in the datasheet with ref5050 but instead of getting 15mV+- adjustment range, I am getting about +-120mV adjustment range.

Couple of question/suggestions -

• Have you put any capacitor at output pin?
• Can you first check if the output is stable without the trim circuit by checking the output on oscilloscope. Add output and input capacitor as per data sheet recommendation in Layout section (Section 12)

Hi Trailokya, Yes, I have 0.47uf at input , 0.47uf at NR pin and about 1.5uf at output 

The output is very stable and on my 7.5 digit DMM it is only moving the last digit. the output noise is very low, I only have passive probe so it is berried in the noise since the entire thing is powered by a 9V battery. I used TI MSOP to DIP conversion board and all components are directly soldered on the pin. Also entire device is start grounded in a 3D printed plastic housing.
