TPS62864: what's the H/S MOSFET stress

Hi,

because the MOSFETs are built in the converter, we will test Vin-SW voltage by differential probe.

The SW(AC) is the L/S MOSFET, and max stress is 10V.

How about the H/S MOSFET(Vin-SW)? Is it same as the L/S MOSFET?

Hello Given,

The maximum stress voltage for H/S and L/S MOSFET's is same which is 10 V (AC, less than 10 ns).
