Please suggest suitable products When the dc-dc is transferred out to 3.3V, it will be connected to an external device, and it needs to be protected against external overcurrent, current limit 2.5A

The TPS22811 will protect against output overcurrent conditions by actively limiting the current only during start-up. If you are concerned with an external device causing an overcurrent event after startup, this would not be sufficient.
For driving off board loads, I would recommend our high side switch portfolio: https://www.ti.com/power-management/power-switches/high-side-switches/products.html
These devices offer adjustable current limiting as well as highly accurate current sensing along with other features.
