REF5050: Long-Term Stability

Part Number: REF5050

Hello team,

I received two questions from the customer.

1. The customer wants to calculate the Long-Term Stability for one year (8760hours). Is the following calculation method correct?

50ppm(first 1000 hours) + 25ppm * √7760/1000 = 120ppm/year

2. The data sheet lists Long-Term Stability up to 4000 hours, but do you have any experimental data for longer periods? e.g. 8760hours or more

I would be happy to see better results than 120ppm/year.

Regards,

Masa
