LMR14020: LMR14020 Issue

Customer feedback when they use LMR14020SDDA for new design,Vin is DC 24V@Out 7V/2A.When they do the fuction test,then found below problem.

1.Beyond 1.5A current load, the device will be protected.

2.When Vin is above 30V DC,the device will be protected.

Pls help to check if the schematic have any problems.

Looking from the SCH ,this is a simulation SCH ,do you means the HW have current limit and voltage limit ,or the simulation result is limited . Could you share you SCH of HW and some waveform that include the Vin Vout SW IL plot.

Hi Elena,

I will talk about customer and will feedback to you.You mean need customer provide the waveform of Vout&SW?For the limited, I will check with customer.
