I would like tune my gate driver circuit with marked components. I couldn't find resource for calculation about them. Could you please send me some application notes ?

    Hello Alikaan,

    I think this document will be the most useful for you. It goes over how to pick the gate resistor to ensure it is critically damped. As for the antiparallel diode and resistor, it is to allow separate control of turn-on and turn off times. See section 3.4.1 of this document.
