LMR51420: Encountered Http status 400 when simulating in webench.

Hi Team,

I have customer encountered error when using the IC in webench please see details below.

When I attempt to use the tool, I get an error message.

HTTP Status 400 – Bad Request


 Perhaps you can run it for me, my parameters are:
Device:  LMR51420YDDCR (this version is in good supply)
Vin min = 5V
Vin max = 28V
Vin typical = 25V
Iout min = .05A
Iout max = .20A
Iout typical = .125A
I have very little room on my PCB, and I need to optimize for space. I am not so much concerned about protecting for continuous dead shorts, however momentary shorts less than 1 second I would like to protect for.
Vout ripple is not so important.
Can you help me please ?

    Hi May,

    What is the output voltage?  Could you try Webench on your end?  What do you see?   

    I just ran Webench myself and it was able to produce a design (I tried Vout=3.3V).  Also suggest your customer to use a different search engine like Google (I was using Google).

    Hi Youhao,

    It seems that the webench already working, a while back and may customer last week was not able to generate any reference design with this IC.

    Thank you for letting us know.  It happened before, maybe the server is updating when you launch the Webench.  Also, appreciated for clicking the issue resolved button :-).
