TLV62084: TLV62084 Switching Frequency vs Load Current Characteristics

Hello Michael,

Basically TPS62084 operates in DCS control with a nominal switching frequency of 2 MHz. In DCS control the switching frequency may vary due to many factors such as circuit losses, propagation delays  and tolerance of the passive components. 

I would like to get more information to check where is the issue actually. please provide me the following data for further analysis.

1. Vin measured at the IC pin

2. Inductor current waveform

3. switch node voltage including TON time.

4. PCB layout to check the VOS pin connection.

please indicate measurement points on the PCB.

I would also like to know the desired switching frequency for the customer?
