TL1431: Device Marking Confirmation

Part Number: TL1431

Dear Specialists,

My customer'd like to confirm marking information of TL1431CPLPR3. 

I would be grateful if you could advise.

We ordered the TL1431CLPRE3 from an authorized distributor.

(1) There is usually a G3 marking on the package, but not this time.

Can this product be judged as TL1431CLPRE3?

(2) The number of digits stamped in the round area on the back of the TO92 marking is different.

It is indicated by the arrow.

It's always 10C, but this time it's II.

I don't know if it's a letter or a symbol
What does this stamp mean?

    Hello,

    The device marking should be “TL1431C”.

    Do you have a picture of the shipping label?

    Thank you for your reply.

    We also investigated.

    It turns out that if you order the TL1431CPLRE3, you will receive either the TL1431CPL or the TL1431CPLG3 markings.

    G3 was originally a marking indicating RoHS compliance, but since RoHS compliance has now been completed, it seems that it will be decided at the assembly factory.

    This is the first time that a customer has delivered a product without G3, they inquired.

    Hello Shinichi-san,

    First I believe there is a typo in your message. The correct part number is TL1431CLPRE3.

    Both variations that you have shown are exactly the same part and TI may ship either based on availability. There is no electrical, mechanical, or environmental differences.

    As you mentioned, TL1431CPLRE3 is typo, TL1431CLPRE3 is correct part number.

    I understand TL1431CLPR with G3 and without G3 is the same part.

    I'll share this information with the customer.
