We are using the DC/DC module for our power train. If you can provide 1) spice file 2) S-parameter file 3) Z-Parameter file, then it would really assist with our analysis.

    Hello Jay,

    Thank you for your question. All of our available models are on the UCC12051 are on the website. Unfortunately, we currently only have a SIMPLIS model available. If a PSPICE model becomes available in the future, it will be posted on the website when it is ready.
