TPS62147: Switching frequency in case of forced PWM mode

Part Number: TPS62147

Dear TI support team,

I measured frequency in case of my condition below.

---------

MODE, FSEL and EN pin: pulled high(=5V=VIN)
VIN = 5.0V, VOUT = 1.2V, IOUT = 20mA

---------

I got a waveform below. 1.8MHz appears in the waveform, but the datasheet stated Fsw = 2.5MHz when FSEL is pulled high.

In addition, I confirmed Figure 70 and 72 in the datasheet which describe Swiching Frequency vs Input Voltage and Temperature. But they exceed 2MHz at least at 5V.

I would like to know why there is a deference between the measurement value and the value of the datasheet, and whether the waveform has any problem.

Could you tell me those?

Best regards,

Yoshifumi Shimojima
