LM140K: Difference between LM140K-5.0 and the LM140K-5.0/883

Hello Team,

It looks like there was an orderable at one point that was the LM140K-5.0/883, what is difference between that and the LM140K-5.0?

Note that the LM140QML datasheet calls out an LM140K-5.0 in the datasheet specs but no OPN. Is the LM140H-5.0/883 the recommended replacement to the LM140K-5.0/883?

Hi Fadi,

LM140K-5.0/883 is the marking on 3 lead part LM140H-5.0/883. LM140K-5.0 is the 2 lead version of the part. There is no OPN from LM140K-5.0 because it has been EOL'd, LM140H-5.0/883 would work as a replacement for LM140K-5.0.
