Do we has the full-bridge controller with internal bias power supply, similar as LM5036? Didn't find that by searching in TI.COM.

If there is RTM'd one or in development, please let me know!

Hi, Shuai,

LM5036 is only one IC (half bridge) with internal bias supply. It is targeted at medium power for quarter brick or 1/16th brick. I wonder what is your application such as output power and end customer?

Exactly, EE is 400W 1/8 brick. Customer wants FB for higher efficiency.

So, do we have plan of full-bridge controller of internal bias supply?

There is no plan in a short term. Maybe it is doable to use external driver and MOSFET for the full bridge, but this will occupy more space.
