TPS1641: Min and Max of Operting Supply curent (Vcc) and OUTPUT CURRENT LIMITING (ILIM)

Hi experts,

Could you please tell me the minimum value and maximum value of ”Operting Supply curent (Vcc)” and  ”OUTPUT CURRENT LIMITING (ILIM)”?

On the datasheet, only the TYP value corresponding to the RLIM setting value is listed, but I think that the value may differ depending on the individual difference of the IC itself and the surrounding environment.

    Hi Taito Takemura,

    Vcc range is

    2.7V to 60V for TPS16412, TPS16413

    4.5V to 60V for TPS16410, TPS16411

    We are yet to determine the min and max for ILIM. Those data will be available during RTM in Dec-2022
