TPS54618-Q1: 0.8V output voltage

As specified in the datasheet, "The output voltage can be stepped down to as low as the 0.799-V reference". You can just connect Vsense to Vout.

Please pay attention that this device is a last time buy. The customer can either switch to TPS54618C-Q1 data sheet, product information and support | TI.com, or also take a look to the newer TPS62816-Q1 data sheet, product information and support | TI.com or TPS62870-Q1 data sheet, product information and support | TI.com for new projects.
