There are two types of PKG drawings in the TPS3895 datasheet.
Which is the correct drawing?

Both are correct. The drawings reflect minor variations between different manufacturing sites. Hope that helps.

If I don't know which one will be delivered, would it be a problem if the land pattern is 0.55mm high land pattern?

Hello Ryu,

Either package could be shipped. If this is a new layout, I recommend designing with the larger of the two landing patterns.
