We wouldn't happen to have a P2P 2nd-source alternative to Infineon's Dual NchFET "BSO604NS2" by any chance, would we...?

    Hello Darren,

    Thanks for the inquiry. The CSD88539ND is a p2p 60V dual NFET with lower on resistance at VGS = 10V (28mΩ vs. 35mΩ max). Please note, the CSD88539ND requires VGS >= 6V whereas the competition is rated down to VGS = 4.5V. The TI device is not automotive qualified and there is no plan to complete auto qual on it. Other alternatives: 2x CSD18541F5 60V F5 FemtoFET which is higher on resistance but smaller or 2x CSD18543Q3A 60V NFET in 3x3 SON which is lower on resistance. Let me know if you have any questions.
