dear 

 customer  use TLV70233 in Mass production stage,1000 out of 6000pcs have problem.Is there any design risk in sch,can you help to check sch and debug report?

    I apologize for the delayed response. Thank you for sharing this information. 

    Has there been any change in the PCB design? 

    Also, have the PCB boards been cleaned thoroughly? Often times there might still be some resin or other residue from assembly. Make sure that the boards are highly cleaned. 

    Also, in your schematics, it shows that TLV702 has the following pin out: 

    Pin1: Vin

    Pin2: GND

    Pin3: CS 

    Pin4: BY

    Pin5: Vout

    However, the SOT-23 version has the following Pin out: 

    The circuit itself is ok electrically speaking. 

    Furthermore, I see that there is a BJT, has this been verified to properly working as well? is it possible to remove the BJT and possibly R109 and either keep R108 or solder short R108 to create a direct connection from EN to VIN to measure the current consumption?
