During light load conditions, the part operates at discontinuous conduction mode as stated in the datasheet. In this mode, when SW and SW_VPP output become high impedance, output voltage temporarily exceeds the absolute maximum rating (see attached image). I think this is because current flows through body diode of low side MOSFET inside the IC. I would like to know if this behavior will damage the part or not.
