TPS92630-Q1: The problem that the input voltage of TPS92630-Q1 is reduced and the output is 0

Part Number: TPS92630-Q1
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: TPS92633-Q1, TPS92623-Q1

When customers use the design of TPS92630-Q1 as CHMSL, they find:
When the initial power-on voltage of VIN is greater than 9V, gradually reduce VIN to 6.2V, the two light strings will go out, and the output port voltage will be 0;

However, when the initial power-on voltage of VIN is less than 9V, the light string will not turn off even if VIN is continuously lowered at this time.

Hope to help analyze the possible causes of this problem.
