The reference input current is listed as 1.5 to 5uA over full temperature range.  The deviation over full temperature is 3 uA.   Do you have information as to how these vary with temperature to determine these values with a restricted operating temperature?   Thanks.

  • Hi,

Figure 6-2 in the datasheet shows show the typical reference input current will change given a specific temperature. The figure aligns with the typical reference input current deviation over full temp range (0.5uA), however due to variation between individual devices and other environmental/operating factors the variation over temperature could be as large as 3uA.

The deviation over a subset of the temperature range can be approximated by using the equation from Footnote 3, though this may not perfectly match actual deviation due to other sources of variation besides temperature (such as manufacturing variation) and overall non-linearity of the deviation over the full temperature range. Please also note that TA in the equation should be ∆TA.

    Thanks,
