Unfortunately, I don't have a full curve, But for 12V input / 1V output, 4-phase at 90A, the expected Ambient to Die temperature rise is 88 degrees. That is based on 7W power dissipation per 2-phase device supporting 45A. At 80A load current, the calculated temperature rise is 60C.
The TPSM8D6C24 is rated for -40°C to +125°C operating junction temperature and -40°C to +150°C Maximum Junction Temperature, though TI does not recommend operating the TPSM8D6C24 over 105C ambient air temperature.
