TPS7H4001-SP: How to connect Negative Sense pin to TPS7H4001 when using remote sensing

Apologize for the delayed response.  The TPS7H4001-SP does not have 'differential' remote sensing, therefore, any rise in SENSE_GND at the load due to parasitic resistances in the ground path will not be taken into account.  The best you can do is provide a low impedance path between the TPS7H4001-SP ground and the SENSE_GND node at the load. 

If the losses in the ground path of the load are known, the resistor divider that sets VOUT can be slightly altered such that an offset of higher VOUT is provided but one that provides the exact target voltage with respect to the ground potential at the load.  This will hold true for the target load current at which the offset was determined.

As a side note, we are developing new buck converters that will support differential remote sensing which should begin sampling in 2Q 2023.
