With the conditions of VINmax=6.0V, VOUT=3.3V, IOUT=0.5A, Switching frequecy FSW=2.0MHz, and Current Ripple Ratio r=0.3, we will get a minimum inductance
Lmin=(VINmax-VOUT)*VOUT/(r*IOUT*FSW*VOUT)=(6.0V-3.3V)*3.3V/(0.3*0.5A*2.0MHz*3.3V)=4.95uH.
So, I think, the L31 inductance 1.0uH is too small in figure 4 from TPS62233EVM-574.
