I have review our customer designing LM5060-Q1 Hot swap controller place on the car battery line input power application , The application requirement as below. I already base on the LM5060 calculator and MOSFET datasheet as the attachment. could you please help double check the application is ok or have any potential risk ? thank you
Design spec:
- Input minimum voltage: 9V
- Typical input voltage : 12V
- Max input voltage: 16V
- Output max current: 11A
-MOSFET spec: Diodes DMTH6005LPSQ
-Target Over current protection threshold : 12.7A (Typ)
- Reverse Polarity voltage: 13.5V max .
- Include reverse polarity function.
