Hi Team,

During test, we find there is negative spike on OUT pin. Please kindly help check if it's OK.

There is -0.5V/80ns spike.

Hi,

Usually an effort should be made the negative voltage within specified. But -0.5V at 80ns looks small duration, I will need to find out and reply to you. This will need sometime and let me try to reply to you in a week.

Our conclusion is for -0.5V and 80ns spikes on OUTPUT pin is ok for this IC operation.
