TPS3702-Q1: the (VIT–) and (VIT+)

Hi  team,

I would like to confirm whether the (VIT –) and (VIT+) error is chip-driven or VDD-related? thanks 

for example ,when i set Vdd=3.3V, 3.3V itself has errors maybe it is 3.2V actually , so in this situation, worst case: VIT –=3.463V and VIT+=3.139V?

    Thank you for your question. For this device the threshold accuracy is device driven. The accuracy range is given in the table below.

    So depending on the sample size of devices you have in the same configuration, you see the given error based on the accuracy.
