UCD9090: ROM mode trouble

Hello TI experts!

I am having a problem on my customer board with the UCD9090.

After the board came out of mounting, I connected to ucd9090 and did not see it on the bus, but I got an error that it is in ROM mode. (When i click "Yes" in the first picture no changes, no device can't found.)

Following the instructions, I tried to get it out of the ROM mod, but it was unsuccessful. Сhecksum does not match with documentation.

Checked circuits:

V33D - 3.29V;
V33A - 3.29V;
BPCap - 1.78V;
Reset - pulled up.

I am attaching screenshots of the errors.

What else can I do to fix it?

My checksum is not 0x0035BB13. What can i do?

Had you used JTAG program the part in the past? How many boards have such behaviros?

Do you have a local TI support representative?

Hi!

No, i not use JTAG befor.

It is first attempt to work with that boart and ucd9090.

I have 3 board and 2 of them have the same problem. I didn't run the third board.

I don't know about the local TI suport representative.

Given such high failure rate, it shall not happen on brand new device.

Could you share where you purchase these parts from?

I bought them from an electronics store.

Can you help me with this situation?
