LM3409-Q1: can LM3409-Q1 support 7A current

Our customer has a new request. They want to output 7A current. Is it possible for LM3409-Q1 drive external to achieve that? Do you have related reference design? Thanks.

No, i don't think there is reference design for such high current.

It should be possible to output 7A. However, you need to pay high attention to power loss and thermal dissipation of power devices.
