TPS62120: TPS62120 rated current increase solution

Our products use TPS62120 as a power supply and it worked fine with a 75mA rating current previously. However, recently we need to improve the load current, hopefully it can reach 200mA. So my question is do we have a solution to improve the rating current of TPS62120? If not, is there a pin-to-pin replacement chip that can be used to replace TPS62120 and has a higher rating current?

Hi Ross,

TPS62120 min current limit is 200mA. It cannot improve load current to 200mA. We don' t have any p2p replacement with >200mA output current for TPS62120. However, we do have the new generation Buck converter with 300mA. TPS629203 is 300mA load current, low Iq, higher efficiency, flexible setting, better VREF accuracy, smaller package.
