LM285-1.2: Formed lead and straight lead option

Part Number: LM285-1.2

Dear team,

Hope you are doing well!

I have a question that need your help.

The datasheet of LM285-1.2 shows that there are two lead options for this part: Formed lead and straight lead.

The datasheet is shown below:

How can I know which material number corresponding with the two options or how can I choose different lead options?
