BQ34Z100-G1: -At 20 ℃, the chip resets, the SOC rises, and the StateTime repeats counting every 60 seconds

Part Number: BQ34Z100-G1
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: BQ76952, BQ34Z100

Masters of TI,

I met a trouble,

1. My bq34z100-G1 is used with a 52V LFP battery (BMS).

2. The REGIN of bq34z100-G1 is connected to the REG2 (3.3V) of bq76952 AFE.

3. When the battery pack (installed with BMS) is placed (standing) in the 25 ℃ and 55 ℃ thermostats, everything works well.

4. However, when placing (standing) the thermostat at - 20 ℃, it seems that bq34z100-G1 is powered off and then reset,

because I see that StateTime counts again every 60 seconds. In addition, the log data is interrupted every 60 seconds.

Is this possibly caused by the unstable REGIN input power supply of bq34z100-G1?
