TLV803: R1R2 resistance values of TLV803S

Hi,

I would like to know the internal impedance of the TLV803S from the VDD pin.

The specfication sheet of TLV803S has a diagram of R1R2.
But its value is not marked anywhere.
I measured the VDD impedance of the AAS322 using a calibrated measuring instrument.
The results suggest an impedance of more than megohms.
The IDD supply current value is written as TYP 9uA~ on the specfication sheet, but the actual measurement results were very much smaller than that.
This suggests that R1R2 has a higher resistance value than megohms.

1. What is the value of R1R2?
2. Is the internal impedance seen from the VDD pin considered high impedance?

Oh, I made one mistake.
It is TLV803S, not AAS322.
Please read it differently.

Hello Doi,

R1 and R2 are only shown for illustration purposes of various threshold options and we do not specify values in the data sheet.
Yes you can consider this a high impedance input.

May I ask a few more questions?

Supply Current IDD is 9uA or higher written in the Electrical Characteristics, is it possible that the impedance is few hundred kilo-ohms?
Or does this current flow or not flow depending on the status of TLV803S?
My measurements confirm that the pulsed current flows only during the 200ms Delay on the RESET pin.

Hello Yuta,

9uA is only "typical" spec over temperature range. It is quite normal for your measurement to be lower, or higher.

Hi Beheshti,

We want to know the approximate range of the internal impedance seen from the VDD pin.
You say the internal impedance from the VDD pin is high impedance, does it often have the several hundred k-ohm range?
Or does it mostly have the megohms? Or tens of megohms range?
