Hello TI,
My gas gauge is reporting 1% SOH following a failed Learn cycle (as per the TRM). Re-flashing the golden image (saved prior to the Learn cycle) does not seem to reset this and I'm certain that the batteries are still very healthy.
The battery gauge is reporting a sensible SOC and full/remaining capacity while charging, however it reports a 0% SOC when fully charged.
Is this an issue with the SOH? If so, can it be reset? If not, what else might be the problem?
My setup also includes 2x 20Ah (256Wh each) batteries in parallel with the BQ25703a charger chip.
