Hello Ciaran,

Please find below the information on the LMZ1050SILT.

Since it is Electroless nickel immersion gold (ENIG), so it has Ni and Au as the plating (our spec thickness is as mentioned below, is minimum thickness)

Spec is Ni 20 uin Min \ Au 0.12 uin Min
Plating process is electrolytic
