Hi Team,

Would like to ask if the following REGULATOR has a smaller package that can be recommended? (SOT89?)

    Hi Kygo,

    TLV1117 does not come in SOT-89, its smallest package option would be an SON 4mm x 4mm. 

    I could provide you another alternative LDO, but I would need some more information:

    1. What is your input voltage?

    2. What is your output current? 

    3. What are the important parameters? (PSRR, Iq, noise, etc.)

    4. Do you need the package to have leads?

    2. What is your output current? At least 300mA
    3. What are the important parameters? (PSRR, Iq, noise, etc.) noise
    4. Do you need the package to have leads? Smaller than SOT223
