Unfortunately, we do not have a pin-to-pin compatible LDO with LM2937ESX-5.0/NOPB.

Thanks for your reply. And I found the TL750M05QKTTRQ1 is probably compatible with the LM2937ESX-5.0/NOPB.

Please help determine whether the replacement is PIN to PIN compatible.

Hi Sveinn,

Operating with both the same package, the device has the same pinouts with IN, GND, OUT, GND as pins 1, 2, 3, Tab. Additionally many specifications are similar with a few differences that may be allowable if approved by the customer such as increased Iq.

TL750M05QKTTRQ1 and LM2937ESX-5.0/NOPB are p2p, but both devices are very old and it may be difficult for Ti to support a large quantity of either device. There is no modern p2p LDO to replace LM2937ESX-5.0/NOPB, but TPS7B8850QKVURQ1 is a functional replacement in a similar package with better supply.
