BQ2002T: Fast charge time and Top off time limits

Hi,

I am using BQ2002T for charging NiMH battery. There are time limits specified in data sheet for fast charge time and top off time as below. I am using TM = Mid (0.5 * Vcc).

I want to know if the time limit specified is:

Fast charge time limit + Top Off time limit = 320 minutes

OR

Fast charge time = 320 minutes & Top off time limit = 320 minutes
