If we don't use the function of internal LDO, Is it okay to let VCC pin floating?

no, the VCC pin also provide the internal control circuit voltage and current, let VCC floating will make the circuit work abnormal

sorry, I made a mistake to consider to another device. You can float the VCC as internally it have a 1uF connect this pin.

You can float it.
