TPS51461: TPS5146-Q1

Dear Sir,

I am using auto grade part tps5146-q1 in my buck converter design

where Vin =35-85,Vout=12V,10A at switching freq. 100kHz

but mosfet switching freq. is not as aspected.

Pls suggest that how to correct freq.

Hello Adarsh,

The TPS51461 is a buck converter rated for Vin from 3.3V to 5V and Iout 6A. Would you mind checking the part number of the device you are using?

Based on the scope signals, I could say that Vin=10V.

Dear sir,

Actually when i type part no. tps5146 system not suggest me this part no. so i have to choose the tps51461 instead

But I am working with IC TPS5146-Q1 so please provide solution with respect to it.

I want to also say about scope single that the yellow waveform is for output 12V,

and the Blue waveform is for switching frequency of mosfet.

Hi Adarsh,

TPS5146-Q1 is not a valid TI part number.

I assume you mean LM5146-Q1: Automotive 100-V synchronous buck DC/DC controller with wide duty-cycle range?
