TPS7A47: Does TI have similar device with L99VR01?

Hi team,

Does TI have a similar device with L99VR01? The customer just wants to use 3 bits to control the output voltage. don't need more voltage levels.

Normal voltage( 5V,3.3 2.5V)

    Hey Jimmy, 

    The L99VR01 also appears to be a watchdog LDO. Unfortunately, we do not have any automotive, watchdog LDOs with the programable output, but I would recommend the TPS7A63-Q1 this is a similar LDO to the L99VR01 in functionality and has an adjustable version in order to generate the three rails described above. 

    If the watchdog functionality isn't of interest, I would recommend the TPS7B69-Q1 it is an automotive grade device as well with fix outputs at the specified voltages needed. Additionally, we do have one automotive qualified programable output part the TPS7A47-Q1, however I do think that this device will likely be overkill for the application described. The select pins also function differently, but page 12 of the TPS7A47-Q1 datasheet section 7.5.1 helps explain a little better.
