TPSM82821A: EN pin rating

Hi team,

My customer considers power sequence using TPSM82821A. Is it okay to apply voltage on EN pin before 5V input on VIN?

I think it's okay since datasheet specifies abs max rating of EN pin as absolute value of "6V" which is independent from Vin voltage. But I'd like to double check.

Thank you for reaching out.

Yes, it is okay to supply EN pin before Vin. Anyway, the device is not enabled since the Vin is in UVLO.

Please make sure that the supply voltage to EN is as per the datasheet recommendation.
