Would you kindly clarify the following question about the datasheet?
the specification for max input and output current for pins CHG and DSG is listed as 1mA. (Page 6 of the specification). In the sample schematic that is provided, on page 32, rich and rdsg are listed as 4.5Kohm resistors. upon calculation, this allows larger currents than 1mA.
max voltage is 16V, recommended resistor is 4,500ohm, peak current is 3mA. Is there a typo and the BQ77905 series can source and sink more current than 1mA?
For CHG this is even greater. 16V max input voltage, 1K resistor gives 16mA for current. much larger than the absolute ratings on page 6.
