TPS61094: Supplement mode power ratio

Hi support team,

What is the ratio of power from Vin to power from Supercap in Supplement mode?
Can I set it freely?

    Hi Dice,

    It depends on maximum current limit of VIN, TPS61094 doesn't have any fix ratio. For example, if total current is 1A, and VIN can only support 600mA, then there will be 400mA drawing from super cap.

    Thank you for your reply.

    For example, if the total load current is 600mA, is it as follows?
    600mA from VIN, 0mA from Supercap.
    400mA from VIN, 200mA from Supercap.

    It is confirmation whether power can be obtained from the battery as much as the VIN current is not enough.

    Hi Dice,

    It will draw 600mA from VIN, 0mA from Supercap.

    The device will draw current from VIN first, then if the current is not enough, it will draw current from supercap.
