Hi, Roman,
Q1 limits the inrush current when the charger is first powered on. It will experience high current and high voltage drop at the same time. The FET Safe-Operation-Area should be checked.
I would suggest you monitoring the inrush current amplitude and make sure it is within the FET SOA. Increase C8, for example, from 0.1uF to 0.22uF will slow down the Q1 turn on and lower the inrush current.
