TPS62902: How to connect FRA for measuring phase margin.

Hi,

My customer wants to measure phase-margin with FRA on "VSET and Internal Voltage Divider" mode of TPS62902.   Could you please let us know where is connected with FRA?   Please advise us.

    Hi Hattori-san,

    Is the customer using an EVM to test this?

    To setup for gain and phase plots, an injection resistor (10-50 Ohm) will be connected from Vout to the VOS pin. 

    The injection signal will be placed across this resistor. Please check the EVM User's guide for more detail on how to modify the EVM to take these measurements.
