Hello Enes,
Unfortunately, we cannot support LTspice as it violates the EULA. Suggest using PSPICE for TI to evaluate our devices please see link below.
PSPICE-FOR-TI Simulation tool | TI.com
Hope this helps.
David.
Hello Enes,
Unfortunately, because of the EULA, I have zero experience in LTSPICE and I am unable to support your specific request. As I mentioned TI provides PSPICE for TI free to download, suggest you use this with the device model, should you have issues with this software package, we will be more than happy to support you.
In addition, if you are open to receiving support without LTSPICE, please feel free to reopen thread and let me know what it is you are trying to simulate and perhaps I can support you with this approach?
Thanks for your understanding,
David.
Hello David,
Thank you so much. Now I am trying to simulate LMR14050-Q1 on the PSPICE. When I add the library from the '.OLB' file it seems how it is not including simulation. I don't know is there any mistake with adding the lib. I follow the instructions below:
1- Click "Part Search"
2- Click "Add Library"
3- Select "LMR14050SDDA_TRANS.OLB" file
Hello Enes,
I will refer your question to someone more familiar with these details.
Thanks for your patience.
David.
Hello Enes,
I consulted with a collegue and I went through the steps of downloading the Trans model from TI.com into PSPICE for TI. Here were the steps I took to get this model running.
1. Download model into a folder
2. Extract the zip file into the above folder.
3. Open OPJ file.
4. Open DSN file.
5. the model defaults to start up and not steady state.
5a. on the left-hand side there are files, right mouse click here and make root.
6. create simulation profile, give name and make run time 2ms for example.
7. place marker (PSPICE for TI limits to 3 markers for this model).
8. Run simulation.
Hope this helps.
David.
Hello David,
Thank you for your time. But still can not be simulated. Also my power(current) requirment is change. Because of that, i will choose another buck to use.
Hello Enes,
Sorry you had difficulty, and we were not able to resolve at this time. I will close out this thread, please let us know if you have any further questions regarding the new part.
Thanks.
David.
