Hi,
We are using TPS7A57 LDO for our design, we need to control this LDO by a sequencer. We would like to know whether the ENABLE pin in TPS7A57 is open drain/collector as we are not able to find this information in datasheet.
And also,in datasheet, the enable threshold voltage with VIN-1.1V it is given as 0.68V. Is this threshold same for all the VIN values or it changes.
Kindly help us resolving the issue.

Hello Sathya,
The EN and CP_EN pins both have an internal resistance to pull a floating EN or CP_EN down to GND. However, when the LDO is not powered ON, then EN and/or CP_EN truly become floating when not driven externally.
Regarding the threshold, this applies to all Vin values.
Notice Figure 6-208 is for Vin of 0.7V and 1.1V and Figure 6-209 is for a Vin=6V and we can observe that the EN threshold is very much the same even over temperature.
