Hi team,

My customer has been designing with TPS50601MHKHV.

1. Is this part evaluated by ELDRS (Enhanced Low Dose rate Sensitivity) test?

2. Is this part evaluated by LDR (Low Dose Rate) test?

3. What is the radiation torelance level for LDR irradiation?

Shunsuke,

The part number listed is not a valid generic part number nor orderable part number.

However, I believe you are referring to the RHA version of the TPS50601A-SP. The orderable numbers are 5962R1022101VSC or the die version 5962R1022101V9A. The R after the 5962 denotes the radiation qualification and level.

The RHA version has HDR RLAT performed on each wafer lot.

These devices do not have LDR RLAT, as this device does not have ELDRS.

The radiation report in the product folder has LDR and HDR data for reference. It can be seen here. It discusses that the device is not ELDRS.

Shunsuke,

The part number referenced is not RHA, and does not include radiation testing.

The "-" in the part number indicates this. 5962-1022101VSC

The datasheet states that TPS50601-SP has ELDRS free 100krad(Si). You mentioned that this device doesn't have ELDRS. Which one is true?

I am unsure of your question. A couple comments that may help.

This device has been tested for LDR, and it has been deemed to be ELDRS free (up to the 100Krad testing). This is the same as saying it does not have ELDRS. Ie, it is not sensitive to low dose rate.

The particular orderable device you noted : 5962-1022101VSC does not have RLAT testing performed, as it is not the RHA version.

For the RHA versions, LDR is not performed for RLAT, as it has been determined to not have ELDRS. Only HDR RLAT is performed.
